My review: A plumber came over to my house and diagnosed my mistaking a minor "toilet" leak for a major slab leak in my home. He asked if I had called a "restoration" company and my homeowner insurances to first create a claim, and then commence the "drying out" process. I was totally lost! I called my insurance company, then blindly handed him my cell phone to call a company. He Googled and got the phone for 911 Restoration. I called them and a Mr. Mike Hov arrived at my home within 45 minutes. He walked around my home and IMMEDIATELY and PROFESSIONALLY assessed EVERYTHING that had to be done. Once he verified my insurance claim, he had everything to do the job over to my home within 30 minutes! How's that for speedy service!!! He thoroughly answered all my questions about all the stages for the entire process as I had NEVER experienced a "slab leak" before. A whole TEAM of experts came within another 30 minutes and the next four days were spent professionally and carefully shrink wrapping and packaging furniture, clothes in my closets and drawers and ALL my personal items all the way down to the last delicate piece of vintage china. He then suggested that because my house was so damaged that my insurance could house me...and all of this assistance came during the COVID-19 quarantine lockdown...pretty scary stuff! After two weeks of cutting through walls, removing insulation and using large industrial fans to thorougly dry the place out...I hired a contractor to do what Mike explained was the "rebuild" process. Because of the quarantine, this process took almost six and one half months!!! I was frantic with worry having to stay in a hotel, but both Mike and his brother Arman calmly reassured me that all my belongings were safely stored away in a special storage facility. When it was time to return the items to my home, again a whole TEAM of professionals came. Four men placed all my furniture back into place, while three women placed every piece of China back into my cabinets. They even hung up all my clothes and neatly folded things to go in all my drawers!!!! All I literally and figuratively had to do was just point a finger! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone who is looking for restoration as a result of a home disaster. EVERYONE was completely courteous, patient and thoroughly professional throughout the whole harrowing ordeal. Mike and his brother Arman were always readily accessible by phone to answer my many questions and alleviate my anxieties regarding this experience! I never wish to have this type of home emergency again, but if I do...I'm SO GLAD that 911 Restoration will be there to assist me with all my needs and you will too!

I had a pipe break which flooded my bathroom and bedrooms. I got home from work at and there was a lot of water and must have been running all day. I called the 911Restoration and they had a crew there in 30 minutes that started getting the water out. I didn't really know what needed to be done cause I had never had a flood but they explained the process very well and I felt comfortable with everything. They were in touch and communicated with my insurance company the whole time and my insurance paid for everything. Not a fun situation for me but they did a great job and were very professional.
